This page will allow authorised donegalhistory.ie IDs to add details from paper forms to record the subscriptions from members.
Note that these subscriptions are not automatically recorded as being Paid so please enter the word Paid (or paid or PAID) in the Coupon Code to show that you have seen payment.

Unpaid Cheques
In the event that the cheque is not cleared, then the record of this subscription will need to be updated to remove the Paid flag and or the record removed entirely if there is no possibility of payment.
You can update the Paid status by using the Detailed Subscribers List – Offline Payments on the Portal page, select the record for the individual who is in debt. Use the blue Change Paid Status button to record that the subscription remains unpaid.
